"Receptionists were nice, accommodating and helpful. I like that they transported our luggage into our rooms during arrival. With the snow on the ground, it was a huge help. However, it would be great if the same courtesy be extended at departure. It was very difficult pulling our heavy luggage in the snow to get to reception area. "

Service was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight of our day and cocktails at night did not disappoint. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. "

Desafortunadamente tour a ver las Auroras (empresa que presta el servicio al hotel y por el cual yo lo escogí), a pesar de que la noche estaba nublada, hizo el recorrido, con obvio resultado, cero visualización. Y aun así no reintegro el dinero"

"This hotel was set in an out of way area in Rovaniemi. It was worth it to be surrounded by a lovely forest. The rooms each has a personal sauna which was the reason we chose the hotel. (The saunas in room for 2.) We were there to see the Northern Lights. The hotel has a viewing area on the roof. We only saw them one night due to snow but at this hotel, it was a wonderful vantage point. The hotel restaurant was wonderful, with breakfast included. The one challenge is that the hotel does not have an elevator. We took heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. Frankly I would do it again. The hotel was great. "
