"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"Spacious and comfortable apartment. Only serious complaint was that someone had left rubbish outside front door that was there for the three days and was smelly and unwelcoming -easily managed even if its others within the apartment block were responsible."

"Great modern hotel, with quirky features and swimming pool with a hot tub. We went to the Swindon Designer outlet Christmas shopping. We came back and ate out at the Ridge which is across the road. The Village hotel is in a good Location for the entertainment park with free parking. The club room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Check out is at 11 would have preferred a later time. The bar restaurant had huge tv’s and cinema seats. The only negative was the hall carpet was worn. I would definitely stay at another Village hotel. "

"Unfortunately when we checked the bed, the linen was not upto standard. We reported it to reception and moved us to another room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and apologised and would be taking up the issue with housekeeping. The location the hotel was ideal for us, a couple of minutes walk from Bath Spa train station but easy to get to the shops and theatres. "
