Lovely hotel in the best area of bath. Staff were friendly rooms and spa very clean. Limited parking for anyone driving to hotel but valet person was very helpful and accommodating. If we return to bath we would not hesitate to book again

Just incredible from start to finish. We arrived, stressed, emotional, tired and hungry. The delightful Remy on the front desk greeted us and took care of us in a way that I am not sure I have ever experienced at a hotel before.
