"We were really impressed considering how affordable our room was. It wasn't in the prettiest building but it was very clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. The estate itself is stunning and the house lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch with a huge selection of nice quality food. We stayed with a 2 yr old and a cot was smart up for us on request. Staff were kind and understanding. Really good all round. "

"Very central. Spacious room and great staff. Bed was really comfy with crisp sheets and fluffy towels. Unfortunately bathroom was grubby and my feet were filthy after walking around the room! "

" We were visiting family for a birthday and wanted a room nearby for the night. The hotel staff were very nice and the room (a four poster) was lovely, warm and cosy. The restaurant side does great food with very good service and breakfast was great. I know the Camden Arms well but have never stayed there before. I have stayed in other hotels nearby but the Camden is very much better. We were happy with the price as well and totally recommend here for anyone viting the area."

"3 of us stayed in the 3 single bed family room on a room only basis the room was extremely clean with en suite shower room. The beds were very comfortable tea and coffee was supplied and when we needed more milk they bought us more. The room also had doors out to a little patio area overlooking a pool with fish and a lawn beyond."

"Cleanliness was terrible. Dirty room. Coffee left caked on teaspoon. Plastic fork with dust by bed by radiator. Stained sheets. Yuk. Had to park a distance from hotel. Breakfast was not good either."
