"I booked this place for a few days but only stayed on the property maybe 2 days. I did some traveling. Pros: Clean, quiet, community pool-i didn't use the pool, quiet. A/C and internet worked fine. Cons: Bathroom is really small but it worked fine for me. Unknown: I didn't check to see if there were any cooking supplies. I would do a short stay here (a day or two). "

"Property is small and cozy but sufficient. Adjoining house was a bit loud and the window on the door sketched me out a bit with a 2nd story next door but overall, great place. Rogelio was very responsive and made the place feel like home. Lots of extras like Starbucks coffee, travel sized needs and extra tooth brushes. Could use additional seating for eating but highly recommend. "

"I loved the area and the place was clean. The management company was not helpful and no one knew about the parking. They kept telling us the parking space was 4-R, to go out and look for the space. We continued to tell them they were 4 numbers for street parking. After 11 threads of email without help from them, it turns out 4-R is the area and parking in from was good (along with registering my car and license - that Vacasa did).I spent too much time emailing the first day of arrival! Not cool...

"This place was good enough for two of us and the owner was responsive. I do wish the listing was more transparent that you would have people staying above you as we were woke by them most mornings and the coffee maker did never work correctly, so i had to door dash. I also wish the furniture was comfortable. While the bed was great no othet furniture was comfortably to sit on"

"This is a property with many apartment buildings in a nice area of good view. I like the deck on the lake side and I can sit on the water side to relax. However, the buildings look old maybe due to too many floodings from Hurricanes. My studio had a good kitchen, but I only stayed one night with no chance to use it. I did not take a shower as no water came out. "
