"Was a great place to stay. Had the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Only downside was a lot of stairs. I had an older adult with me that struggled with the stairs. But the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. "

"We had an amazing stay on Anna Maria island. The resort has the best amenities- heated pool and jacuzzi, outdoor games, a beautiful beach and chairs and umbrellas set up. The only downfall was they were doing construction and sandwiched us in between the two rooms they were redoing which was troublesome for us and our little ones as it was very noisy. It wouldn’t keep us from returning though!"

"The room was old but clean and quant. There was a festival going on and we could look out over the event and walk to it. We thought there was a pool to use but I feel was misinformed. I'm guessing the pool was at the condo's and not the hotel but we could walk to the beach and see the beautiful sunset. I would definitely go there again. "

"The review says tell us about your stay, however, there never was a stay. I tried contacting the owner to go over the check in process, a man answered the number saying that he was given that number and he was sorry he couldn't help me. Concerning but I saw I could email them so I did and I got no response. I then saw other reviews from other individuals receiving poor service or no service like myself. Hotels.com needs to remove their account so they can't get away with scamming hard working...

"Family and I stayed here for spring break and the facilities were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The are is still cleaning up after the hurricane, but it definitely did not affect the fun in the area. We will be planning a return trip."

"Nice location and staff was excellent and friendly. Disappointed pool was down “until further notice” and that was not communicated before arrival. One elevator out but that was communicated and did not cause any problems. Property has done a nice cleanup after the hurricanes. Living area had comfortable furniture and kitchen had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Would stay again. "

"We arrived by our own boat and loved every minute! Perfect for teens who like a little adventure. The most beautiful sunset and star gazing spot in Cortez/AMI! Brittany was awesome and accommodating with frequent changes. We had dolphins and manatees saying hi. Caught a small grouper off the boat!"

"It was awful. We didn't stay, I honestly felt like my kids and I were going to be trafficked. They were an hour late, unapologetic, told me they had 4 last minute bookings, so why did they get priority over us who booked well in advance. A strange guy asked to motor us out to a different boat but said he'd have to clean linens first. They weren't going to leave a boat for us. It was pitch black. They didn't have my parking pass and didnt even know where I should park. "

"I did not like the fact that you charged for Parking. That was a turn off, especially since I did not know that until check-in. I also think that your elevator situation with the ring cameras on every floor, although it was creative, it was very obvious that the elevators have been broken for a long time and that makes no sense why a nice place would allow elevators to be broken for any lenght of time"

"Very convenient to the Sarasota Bradenton Airport, Buffet breakfast in the morning which was open until 10am. Room was very clean and comfortable. Snacks, Food and drinks available all day and night in their own pantry down at the lobby. Small gift shop that my wife visited. 4th stay here never been disappointed."

"Love this hotel! This was our second time staying, and again was great. Only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of first floor amenities (no laundry, fitness center, etc.) but that’s understandable considering the circumstances (hurricane previous Fall). You cannot beat the location, would love to stay here again :)"
