"The hotel is quite dated and the rooms are in need of an update. We upgraded into a larger room with a sofa, however there is just one cushion, a small wardrobe, not big enough for two people and no storage space. The larger room is good for the space, but that’s about it. We booked two rooms with a guest requesting the lower floor and myself on a higher floor; however this was confused at check in, despite explaining multiple times the preferences the team member kept getting it the wrong way...
