Check in could've been smoother but the internet in the whole block was out so we couldn't communicate with them via email or call (oddly enough). Convenient Location, Exceptional Service, and Grea

"The Marriott Hotel on Kent Street is in an ideal location. It’s easy to walk to various destinations, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located just on the corner. Parking was hassle-free, which was a big plus. I arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the staff accommodated me with an early check-in. To make the experience even better, they offered me a complimentary Starbucks coffee while I waited briefly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. I was visiting for business, and both the food and service were excellent throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, attentive staff, and overall quality of service."
