"Besides a stink bug problem (common in the autumn months), our stay was pleasant. Very close to Europa Park. Nicely decorated hotel for the holidays. Nice buffet for breakfast."

"Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "Nice little spot in a small town, 15 min walk to europa-park. "

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."
