"Lovely stay as always..we had a twin room in an annexe off the main building, Cosy, with very comfy beds and also very clean Helpful, friendly staff and delicious breakfast too. "On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of information. We were upgraded to a kingsize but although the room was clean and had all the facilities it could do with some TLC. I understand rooms are being revamped. All staff were help and friendly and always ready to help.The hotel in in a great position for visiting the town and we would certainly book another trip here with no hesitation. Thank you all at The Lookout for a very enjoyable break."

"We’ve used this hotel for about 17 yrs and it’s always been quiet, with attentive staff, and very clean. The only thing I would comment on for this stay is that there was a very strong electric air freshener on in the room when we arrived, which was not good for me as I have allergies. It was soon switched off and the window opened for proper fresh air!"
