"An acceptable place for an over night stop over. Beds are comfy, has toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, teas and coffees and a tv. Simple breakfast of waffles, cereals, teas and coffees, bread and condiments. Cons: Heating wasn’t blowing out hot air. For hot water, we had to turn on the water for 5 mins before it even became warm. Carpet needs cleaning, looked like animal hair on it especially along the walls and corners. "We just got home from a great weekend stay here in Colorado City. We rented for a weekend wedding at Brush Canon Ranch. The distance to the wedding venue was perfect, about 20 minutes. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. "We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful, comfortable house and the outdoor area was wonderful. We were surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and the sound of the creek. So incredibly relaxing. Joe is amazing! He was quick to respond to texts before we got there and while we were there. And he thought of everything his guests might need. "They’ve taken an older place and made it really nice. The location isn’t scenic … it sits along the street in town. However, it does have a great fenced courtyard that is really enjoyable. Everything else about the place was significantly better than the average VRBO, particularly those in less touristy areas. We enjoyed our time. It was particularly clean for the “dusty” west. "Our family gathered at the ranch for a few days of connection and rest. The property is amazing-expansive and beautiful. The ranch house, bunk house and tiny house were extremely clean and comfortable. The Kenneys have been good stewards of their land. Their love for the ranching way of life is evident in every detail. "Our stay was great, the property, view, and cleanliness were first class. The beds were a little small and the shower temp only barely lukewarm.
