"The lady at check in was so great. She started us off perfectly. We were happy to be able to also see her at check out. We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful. Really spacious with a giant TV. Unfortunately my daughter and her husband were not so lucky. There room was on a floor under construction and it was noisy and extremely dusty. The room itself was yucky and they had to call and have stained sheets changed. My advice, make sure you get a new room. Oh and...

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
