"While the Residence Inn had some challenges, like the elevator being out of service (and we were on the top floor) and the room floor not being as clean as expected, the overall experience was still positive. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and we felt very safe during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Because of that, we’ll definitely be back."

"This was a good hotel for us when we visited for a Kings game. Walkable, and it felt fairly safe. Lots of restaurant options a near by. Nice to walk across the street to the Capitol building and surrounding park too. The hotel itself was nice. Just wish the bathroom had a fan because it was very damp and shower curtain smelled a bit sour. The pool and hot tub were nice. There’s a bus right out the door that goes to and from the airport every hour for $2.50. Easy."

"I wanted to love our stay at The Sterling so much more. It’s a beautiful property and the rooms are giant and gorgeous, but the lack of upkeep was really apparent. In our first floor room, the 2 upholstered armchairs by the window were both stained, one with a 10” stain right in the center of the seat. One of the lace drapes from our bay windows was missing. And the jacuzzi was giant and generally clean, but was cracked and the jet nozzles looked concerning enough where I didn’t necessarily...
