Very clean and quick communication! I chose this one because it has a kitchen. Eating out for every meal can get very expensive in Reykjavík so being able to cook a few meals is great. The location is not right in the center of downtown Reykjavík where all the restaurants, bars, nightlife are (they're about 20min walk from the hotel). But considering the price, it makes sense and reasonable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

We had an incredible stay at this villa in Iceland! From the very beginning, the host was attentive and responsive, making communication leading up to our trip seamless. Upon arrival, he greeted us warmly, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and explained how to use the fantastic amenities like the hot tub and sauna.
The villa itself was stunning—beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including supplies for cooking. The location was excellent, with convenient parking. The highlight of our stay was relaxing in the hot tub while watching the northern lights, which we were lucky enough to see three nights in a row!
This was truly a memorable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Iceland. Highly recommend!
