"I really enjoyed my stay at this place, I did a solo trip to Japan and had a half week stay here. Staff was very friendly and were very polite. Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The staffs don't speak English and can sometimes com across as cold when dealing with foreign customers. The hotel is clean. "Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"
