**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**
405 Captain John Fripp is a two bedroom two and half bath ocean front villa. This villa has been completely remodeled for Spring of 2017 with all high-end upgrades. In the kitchen there are brand new appliances, granite counter tops & cabinets. New flooring has been installed throughout the entire villa. All flooring is either tile or wood. All three bathrooms are redone with new fixtures. The villa has been newly painted throughout.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed with full attached bath. The second bedroom has a new queen-sized bed with full attached bath.
The living area has been updated with new furniture including a sleeper sofa. The powder room is conveniently located off the living area.
The 405 CJF private swimming pool is located in the courtyard just steps from your door.
The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
