Guests will have access to their entire home, private outdoors, and garage. We do ask you do not go into the basement/crawl space as that is for access by our maintenance only.

Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.

We are thrilled to welcome you and your furry companion! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet, along with an additional $300 deposit per pet, applies. Guests are responsible for managing all pet bathroom breaks, including those in the yard. To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.

☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.

☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.

☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.

☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.

☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.

We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.

To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. Pictures of this property do not reflect the actual property. Half the doors do not close properly and are very difficult to open. There is a large crack in the ceiling of the work room and when it rains, waters streams through the crack onto your belongings.

This property was in dire need of structural updating, windows rotting out of frames, door knobs falling off of old doors. floors tilted. Washer was broken, did not spin so we had to wring out the laundry by hand The smell of cat urine in the laundry area was quite distinctive. The owner had done some cosmetic improvements it was like putting lipstick on a pig!!

The property is very rundown, dirty and smelly inside. We arrived at the property on the day we booked and were shocked to find there was sugar spilled inside the cabinets, the fridge was broken, the microwave was extremely smelly, 2 door knobs were on the floor instead of the door, a burnt board was found inside the laundry cabinets, bedding was old. Our lady friends felt unsafe in the area because there were a few homeless people hanging out in the area. The pictures posted in the website were very misleading. We had to leave and rebook a hotel to stay somewhere else. I’d stay away from this property.

Great accommodations, noisy neighborhood
The apartment itself was great, it was clean, had plenty of space (including a large kitchen with full size fridge). It was almost unbearably hot to sleep though. We needed to have a fan brought to us by a friend in town. The neighborhood is a little noisy, a fair amount of yelling in the early morning and trains that passed by loudly and frequently. Overall, the space was very accommodating and was perfect for our needs. I would advise a check-out email be sent with guidelines and expectations of where to leave used towels and trash as I had to reach out and ask.
