"I would simply like to point out that your reception staff in particular Carla went above and beyond expectations in making my brief stay comfortable. I had arrived late at the Delta and had just suffered a shoulder and rib injury that same afternoon. She was able to help me get a quick meal via an upgrade ( VIP pantry) and made my checkin as comfortable as possible. What makes a hotel exceptional goes beyond the brick and mortar its in the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. Thank you Carla and Delta Hotel Trois Rivieres."

"We had a lovely weekend in Trois Rivieres visiting family. The service at check in was great. The staff member spoke English very well. She made check-in quick and easy. It was much appreciated after a long drive in the car. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the toiletries were much appreciated. The lobby and public areas were also clean and updated. "

"Auberge tres bien situee et encore l’un des endroits ou nous y dormins le mieux. Nous n’avons pas profitez des soins de sante ni de la piscines et spas exterieurs. Par contre l’amenagement est tres bien et il y a maintenant un resto bar exterieur adjacent aux spas qui n’y etait pas lors de notre derniere visite. Un site qui degage la qualite nous avons ete tres satisfait de notre sejour."
