"I had an amazing stay in Zermatt! The place was exceptionally clean, and the pillows and comforters were incredibly soft and comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We loved all the indoor plants in the building. The only minor drawback was the long uphill walk from the train station, but the fantastic accommodations more than made up for it. Highly recommend!"

"Check-in was next door at Continental Hotel but given plenty of notice of this. Reception was so helpful with extra pillows and a kettle as well as being efficient and professional. Was very impressed with this. Location was very central to everything and having an outdoor section to our room was very welcome (although no shade available). Room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Pity we were only stopping two days. Zermatt itself is very busy, lots of restaurants/thing to do and lots of visitors and we are glad we finally made it there. Often gets cut off in winter and with local storms we were worried ourselves as trains from Visp were bus replacement. But all worked for us in the end and very happy we chose this hotel to stay at."

"This property is legitimate walkable from the Zermatt Station. It has a nice view of the Matterhorn from the South side of the property, which unfortunately we booked the wrong room. Good thing at their restaurant during the breakfast, we always get to see that VIEW. What an amazing picturesque view. Highly recommended as it is one of the cheaper options during our stay, and considering we booked the night before our arrival at Zermatt. The receptionist in the afternoon shift is also good to tell us how to spend our time in Zermatt (looking for the black neck goats and the black head sheep). And we were also able to avail of the hotel partner discounts at Golden India restaurant for our 3-course meal for our anniversary dinner. What an experience! "

"Excellent Hotel to stay at Zermatt. Call the hotel ahead and let them know when you are arriving - they will send a local Alpine Taxi to fetch you from the train station to the Hotel. Friendly helpful staff - Reception, Concierge, Restaurant, Cleaner, etc. Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Big comfortable bed. Great shower with more than enough hot water. Thick fluffy towels.Great restaurant - The Grill - excellent Steak."
