"L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais le cadre est magnifique, nous avons adoré la piscine atypique et l’accès direct sur la plage. Nous avons eu un beau coucher de soleil tout en sirotant nos cocktails au bar.
Par contre l’accueil n’est pas le même pour tous les clients de l’hôtel. Personne ne nous a proposé de prendre nos bagages comme pour les arrivées avant et après nous (nous avons vu et entendu les propositions pour les autres). C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette petite attention...
"Correct dans l'ensemble. Par contre personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée à 15h alors qu'il est affiché partout que la réception est ouverte de 7h à 19h, deux numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur la porte et aucun d'eux ne répond. Un client de l'hôtel m'a finalement ouvert parce que je tapais à la porte et la réceptionniste est venue 10 minutes plus tard pour la remise des clés "
"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. The location is perfect if yoy prefer peaceful and quiet for relaxation. The bus stop is is nearby so if you want to go downtown you can just jump into the 12 line. I very much recommend L'escapade Bellepierre, would live to stay there again when i visit the island next time."
