"The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. There are two good restaurants and a Lawson in the building and many more restaurants and stores nearby. If you are attending a convention at the Makuhari Messe or going to a baseball game, it is very convenient. It is rather far from the most popular areas of Tokyo, about an hour by public transit."

"Very few menu options and the Pool was CLOSED! Which was the reason I booked this property!! They did however change me from a stinky smoking room to a nonsmoking room."

"Everything was great like all APA hotels. A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you don’t reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you aren’t able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great."

"Japanese pillows are usually underwhelming but these were incredibly flat, so bring your own if you want more than 2 inches of pillow… otherwise a great stay in a super good location!"

"It was actually very central to us using the train to get to all the areas we wanted to see. The only thing that would have been nice is if the staff knew a little English, but with google translate we sort of got around a few issues at checking in and checking out because it’s an automated system but the machines weren’t working 100 percent. Absolutely recommend it though. "

Beautiful hotel

"Beautiful hotel, pretty much opposite Shiomi JR station which was only a few minutes from Tokyo station. We had a family room and it was great to get four separate beds (which weee really comfortable). Great air conditioning and bathroom facilities, and a useful laundry room (600 yen for a 30 minute wash - you can pay via QR on your phone). Staff were also really helpful and arranged for our luggage to be forwarded on to our next stay in Osaka 😊. Family Mart next door, and a 7 Eleven just a few minutes walk away for snacks!"
