"The staff was amazing and it was a great location. The room was large enough but we were on the fifth floor so we had to take the regular elevator to the third floor, get out, walk through a couple doors, down a hall and get on the exterior elevator to the fifth floor. That was annoying but we managed. All of the people working there were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome!"

"The place was advertised in Expedia as a B&B. Upon arrival, we were told that if we wanted breakfast, we had to pay extra. "I saw a lot of negative reviews about this place, and clearly some people had problems. I ve stayed in plenty of places around this airport and i can tell you if you get this place at a good price then go for it. The shuttle arrives where and when it says it will. The hotel is in a decent area, plenty of good eats around and the staff are formal and proffessional ( lets face it you're not there to make friendships ). It was clean and safe. "
