"Check in and rooms are too far from reception. Even though it mentions reception open from 9am to 9pm, it was shut at 7pm with no notice. I was without heat and part electrics overnight. Had to manage until next day in the morning to get help. The receptionist was not too concerned about the situation. "

"The house was indeed tranquil and very clean. It included parking and was relatively convenient for our planned outing in Cambridge and our trip to the airport the next morning. The room was quite small, but the shared bathroom was convenient and clean. Before arriving, we received an email from the property informing us that check-in time would be 2 pm, but when we arrived a few minutes before 4 pm, we were informed that we could not enter until 4 (ultimately we got in a few minutes after 4)."

"Like staying in a historic home. The rooms are well decorated and appointed; ours was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the lobby was simple but good. Check in and out were easy. Good location on a quiet part of Beacon St.!"

"The "garden level" apartment was furnished beautifully. Off-street parking and easy access. Plenty of room for 3, and an amazing sofa-bed! Our only complaint was with the shower: like having a gentle stream of water from the rose of a watering can trickling down your head...and half of the holes are plugged. Other than that, it was divine. We'll stay there again!"
