"Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews and I can honestly say, the reviews are accurate and Im glad I booked it. The hotel has ample parking, it’s clean and tidy and the staff are so lovely and welcoming and happy to help with any queries. The staff noticed that we’d missed breakfast due to sleeping in and when we were checking out they told us we could go into the dining area and help ourselves to drink and food that was leftover even though breakfast had closed and hour earlier. Such lovely people. There’s a good choice of takeaways across the road and a Sainsbury’s local nearby. Only a 10/15 taxi ride into the centre too. I cannot find anything negative to say about this place. Will definitely stay again. "

"Lovely staff, easy check in and check out. Very good location for easy trams towards the city centre and away to Media City. The room did what it needed to do and is perfect for a solo traveller, it's like a nicer version of university halls. Very quiet and has Tesco, McDonald's and Starbucks within a 5 minuet walk."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Checked in early no problem. Stayed in a duplex which was amazing value for money. Really spacious and loads of facilities. Breakfast was really nice, coffee was brilliant. Whole experience from start to finish was really good, would highly recommend. "
