"My husband and I loved staying here! I am a bit of a clean freak, and this is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have stayed at. It was a cozy little casita with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, which was great and we were able to park in the driveway rather than on the street, which made us feel better. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Salt Lake!"

"Property is old, so expect a few things that come with old property. But it was clean & comfortable, and very well maintained. About 10 mins walk to SLC downtown. Only downside was that utensils were old & clearly showed wear & tear"

"Great location to the U. Plenty of space for 6 people to hang out in the front room and balcony or eat a meal. Suggestions: silverware for 6, aluminum foil, plastic bags for storage, and extra blankets. Also, the wifi wasn't working all that great so most of us didn't use it and just used data. "

"It's a full basement apartment. The 3 TVs were very good, though no local Over the Air or Cable. Washer Dryer very capacious, and in excellent condition. Excellent Air Conditioning, Family upstairs very nice. The single bathroom is quite small but adequate. Slight drawbacks: is lack of ventilation for in kitchen, we set off the fire alarm just by heating the oven! Also, the large sofa is not comfortable and could use replacement. "There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again."
