Recently renovated and conveniently located next to the Salt Palace convention center, this hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful, and competent, and the Copper Canyon restaurant was excellent.

I liked that they asked the purpose of the stay, and when I said "anniversary" they gave us a complimentary upgrade. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking as a guest, and I didn't like that the website said breakfast was available which made me think it was a continental breakfast included with the stay and it turned out that you could pay exorbitant prices for a breakfast.
