"Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this."

"Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. The two main ladies on breakfast in the preferred lounge are great but on a weekend they are not there and it's a bit chaotic.
