We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then. "Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. The two main ladies on breakfast in the preferred lounge are great but on a weekend they are not there and it's a bit chaotic.
