"Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . "I wish to make a strong complaint. The Parque Tropical was overbooked when we arrived on Sunday 20th November. Even though hotels.com had guaranteed my booking and I had paid in full. We picked Parque Tropical for its proximity to the shops, restaurants and the beach as per the info on your website. "The property was so well kept, staff were all very keen to help and had proud in their work. The apt was very spacious, clean had everything you needed if you wanted to do self catering. We had an apt in the corner so we didn't have a front terrace or balcony which was a bit disappointing but it was nice and quiet and more privacy then. Only negative comment, the towels seemed a bit old and therefore they seemed to have a strange smell (dampness) which was a bit off putting. I would...

Professional staff, great location and values

"We stayed during Christmas period and really appreciate the hard work of all staff at reception, restaurant etc to provide normal desk service, cleaning of our room, pool, and various kind of activities. Our door lock is also quickly repaired. They are very professional and friendly. It makes our holiday a pleasant stay. Even our room is not the modern style, we are very happy with the layout with a living room and beautiful seaview/pool view at balcony. Great location, easy to walk around and we also took free shuttle to Playa Grande. "
