"Great all inclusive hotel with option to have half board. Great variety of foods on offer. Lots of activities for all ages. Most staff are helpful. Fresh bottled water every day."

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"Here for the golf: interesting course, comfy accommodation and good food at the all you can eat Sens buffet. Green fee is in line with other courses on island BUT the first tee is a long way from the pro shop and hotel (the practice ground is even further) so it is impractical to play without a cart. Whilst one might tolerate 25e extra to hire a buggy to be charged 50 if there are 2 people using it is just plain wrong. Sort this out please!"

"This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, the decor is stunning and the service is fantastic. Although the evenings were cool in February, we could still enjoy drinks (excellent cocktails) on the patio which had the most fantastic sunset views. Sleeping with the balcony door open was perfect, with the wonderful sound of crashing waves. The views from the breakfast room (whether you sit indoors or outdoors) are amazing and you...

"The bed and pillows were so comfortable! I loved that the hotel provided wash cloths as well as towels. The hotel also provided shampoo and conditioner. My experience in Spain was that shampoo was usually provided, but sometimes conditioner was not. I did not like the highway traffic noise, but I got used to it. I had no problem sleeping once I considered it white noise."

"Little if anything to fault, other than that the hotel requires an uplift, decor, furnishings etc. The staff are competent, hardworking,and courteous. The concierge staff always pleased to assist - in particular Santiago, who in my view epitomises the true and effective hospitality professional. We enjoyed our stay and whilst we visited the entertainment, the class act was the ambidextrous lady who was thrown out of a suitcase!!! "Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. "

"El hotel está muy bien situado a distancia caminando hasta la catedral y a unos pasos de Triana para poder disfrutar en las noches de unas copas . El estacionamiento se puede encontrar fácil Ente en la calle por unos pocos euros . No vale la pena pagar estacionamiento . Volvería siempre "

Excellent hotel

"The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way. "
