"Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. "This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. A recent renovation of the restaurant makes this a lovely place to eat and relax. Food is varied, do miss the morning coffee service but thats a personal view. "Great view, modern and spacious room and great pool area. Hotel overall was really nice and close to the beach and supermarket. You can easily walk along the beach promenade to Maspalomas. We traveled with our baby and the hotel is super family friendly as well. Would Come here again :) "
