Bem localizada

A estadia é bem localizada, próximo da praia e mercado. Tivemos dificuldade para fazer o checkin pois o condomínio precisa de um QRCode de acesso e não tínhamos conhecimento, além do mais o administrador não atendia o telefone, conseguimos entrar no imóvel após 2h30min, estava organizado porém a limpeza deixou muito a desejar.

Fica bem localizada, o atendimento do pessoal do condomínio é hospitaleiro. Mercado e farmácia ao lado, dá para ir tranquilo até a vila para os passeios. Acesso fácil para a melhor praia (Lorde), a duas vagas na garagem. Obrigado Maurício, certamente voltaremos.

Passamos 11 dias no apartamento com nossos 3 filhos e foi otimo! Tinha tudo que precisávamos, O pessoal do condominio foi muito simpatico e prestativo. Mauricio respondeu as mensagens e comentarios rapidamente. A localizacao e’ otima, pertinho da vila e do lado do mercado e farmacia, e ja proximo a praia do lorde, para mim a melhor de PF, pegavamos um “bicitaxi” e estavamos la em 4 minutos. A piscina do condominio nao e’ enorme, mas e’ super bem cuidada e estava sempre vazia. Passamos 11 dias muito legais!

Eu vi o anúncio do apto e gostei muito, depois de lê as avaliações, fiquei mais interessada ainda, e ao chegar no imóvel, me surpreendi com um apto super espaçoso para veraneio, nunca vi em lugar nenhum, muito bom, mesmo! Com tudo que precisamos para passar uns dias como se fosse a nossas casa, cozinha completa, tudo limpo e organizado. Perto da Vila, e praia, mercado, farmácia, show de bola! Passei o carnaval no Flat com meu marido e 3 amigos... foi excelente. Condomínio bem cuidado, ótima localização (próxima à vila e projeto Tamar, ao lado do mercado e farmácia). O Flat é espaçoso, confortável, limpo, com todos os utensílios disponíveis. Além disso, tem uma varanda ampla, com rede, ambiente muito agradável para reunir os amigos. Proprietários muitos solícitos. Com certeza voltaremos!!
