Can't comment on staff as we arrived late (around 6pm) but spoke to someone on the phone who gave us directions as to how to get in, where to park, codes, etc. Didn't see staff when we left. Checkout time is 10am as opposed to 11am in most hotels. Not sure if they provide breakfast as we didn't see anyone or much activity when we left at 10am. Would probably stay at a hotel next time with more amenities and closer to shops and restaurants. "
