"The property and room were fine, but due to the summer weather, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. Unfortunately, our room faced the street, and it was a very busy street with traffic noice all night. For a future stay, I would request a room that is not street facing to minimize noice level."

"Apartments were nice, clean, well maintained in a convenient location away from the busy downtown core. Check in process was simple, though they should put in a more secure method of registration and payment of fees (leaving a paper form with sensitive PII and cash in an envelope on the table as you check out, without being able to lock the door when you leave, is a huge identity theft risk - especially as the exterior door is left open and unlocked during the day). "Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. They even have a built in alarm to make sure you don’t oversleep and miss anything! Every morning at exactly 6:00 am, and for some reason only at 6:00 am, the local church that is about 100 meters...

"Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. I think it’s been newly renovated as everything seems new and in great condition "

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen haben wir eine mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gab vor Ort einige Mängel. Der Duschschlauch war kaputt. Er wurde aber sofort ausgetauscht. Der Wasserzähler ratterte ziemlich laut, sobald einer der 3 Wohnparteien Wasser benutzte. Der Holzbalkon hatte einige Latten, die stark verwittert waren (Holz ist am Rand durchgegammelt). Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon etwas Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. "This hotel is great choice if you are looking to be in a walkable area. The Sound of Music tour is a 3 min walk away and the old town is about 6 or 7 minutes. The room was clean but a little spartan. The staff are great. Breakfast was a little expensive. We ended up eating at a great takeout place across the street where you can get good coffee, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and sandwiches. "

"We were welcomed by wonderful and friendly staff, and a free glass of Prosecco! We had many questions for the staff, including 2 requests for ice for our room. We were met each time with very helpful and kind staff, which was very much appreciate! The facility is very clean and modern- we loved our room and the bathroom was awesome. We were given a free bottle of sparkling water for the room, and in-room coffee/tea options. The breakfast selection was vast and very good! There are a lot of steps, but installation of the elevator makes it extremely accessible. Being from America, understanding how to actually get my car to the front of the building with using a code to lower road blocks at the entrance of the street was new and a learning curve. We did walk our luggage to the hotel initially, but friendly staff helped us through how to use codes to access the tiny streets when we left. The location was good, very busy as it is close to shopping and restaurants. I appreciated being in this area as opposed to the other side of the river. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
