"We stayed in one of the villas with a private pool. Big, comfy bed, good water pressure from the showers, jasmine scented soaps / shampoos were very nice. The outdoor tub was excellent and filled very quickly (less than 5 minutes). Very relaxing atmosphere and they did a great job separating all the pool areas to make it feel like a smaller hotel, despite it being a big resort. Garden areas were beautiful and well maintained. If you're staying in the villas around NYE, be prepared for some noise as the villas numbered in the 400's and 500's back onto the public beach where revellers will be lighting fireworks until early hours - not recommended for light sleepers - but it is New Years after all so celebrations are to be expected. No issues with noise from Jan 2nd. Good food options for Vegans and vegetarians."

"Really wonderful property. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful beach, pool and grounds. Immaculately kept. However it was the worst ‘club’ experience I have had. The regency club was oversubscribed. The staff at points were overwhelmed and service was then poor. I also suspect there were quests who weren’t even meant to be there as you were never asked for a room number. Early evening there were no seats and the dress code wasn’t enforced. No exclusivity at all. Hyatt although a branded hotel still maintains a Thai style and identity. Really handy for Cicada and Tamarind markets. We did have a great stay just disappointed with regency club. "

"First trip to Prachuap Khiri Khan and found the area to be beautiful.Beach had a rustic appeal for a laid back quieter experience. The scenery from the beach with the islands and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. Across the beach are various restaurants and beach front resorts making everthing convenient for a vacation .Beach side dinning is available along with massages .So you can enjoy a delicious meal and have a relaxing massage while the waves roll onto the beach."
