"This is the most beautiful place that we have ever rented as a family. It is very conveniently located within a five minute walk (up a steep hill) to all the shops in Mazunte and to the beach where there is swimming and body surfing. It is also a short walk to Punta Cometa, which is a hiking trail where everyone goes to watch the sunset. "The house was everything as advertised and the host is very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed the views from the deck. Totally out of anyone’s control, there was some construction in the area so we scheduled our days around that. "

"This ocean front beach property is beautiful , just steps away from the sand and ocean, although it needs a little bit of maintenance in some areas , we were happy and had a great time , service crew was very nice and helpful , some house items need to be upgraded ASAP , like bathroom towels and bed sheets are old and weary, another downside was that when it rains , in some rooms water poores thru the windows , food is just basic, nothing special , firts 2 days food was served in poor portions...

"Location, location, location! One of the closest spots to the beach. Beautiful view! We saw whales from the terrace. The water is an amazing color! Communication from the host was top-notch. Very responsive. When we needed something, it was immediately provided. This place is more like “glamping”. No doors. No private space. There is a safe for passports but other than that, there is no security to the floor in which this is located. I would not stay here as a single female. Some screens needed...

"Great location. Cut through the park and you're on the beach. Two stores (one with fresh produce) a very short walk away. A taqueria across the street. My only complaint would be the traffic noise but there's nothing to be done about that. At night, the waves muffle the road noise. Great little pool to cool down after a beach day. "We were so fortunate to stay at this very comfortable, fun and beautifully laid out home on the Coast of Oaxaca. Casa de los Suenos was perfectly situated on the beach where we went on early morning and evening Sunset walks...The architecture of the house is a blend of traditional Mexican open living with modern playful resort vibe. The Palapa was a wonderful open space to eat and work with views of the pool and the ocean beyond...The pool is great for kids and adults alike with sunken dining...

"We had never been to this part of Mexico. The pictures posted of the views don’t do it justice. The only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean and birds. There are no city lights to interfere with the views of the sky at night. Communication with the property manager was promptly answered. One suggestion is an SUV is suggested. We look forward to returning to this lovely property next year."

"This was a great place to call home. It felt very welcoming, staff was really nice, helpful and friendly. The pool and deck area are a gem. Breakfasts were hearty and different every day. Great towels for beach and pool. Only complaint was that they shocked the pool during daytime hours which closed it (should be done at night) and rooms could use some decor on walls."

"We stayed in the circular cabin and found it to be a little gem! Exactly what we were looking for; quiet, simple and beautiful. The property is full of interesting art and has an incredible view of the ocean. You should know there are about 150 steps up to get to the cabins and about a 10 minute walk to the main streets of Mazunte for shops and restaurants, but it’s well worth it. We would definitely stay here again. "
