"The stay was good. we only had one issue and that was that the refrigerator didn't work for us in the room so we lost food from it for the night. Other than that, It was at a great location for us and easy to walk from there to where we wanted to go. Theater, restaurants and the river walk."

"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway...

"This hotel really met our need for a weekend in San Antonio that was affordable and close to Sea World. If I had a complaint, it would be that breakfast stopped at 9. As we were on a weekend vacation, really didn't want to have to be up and dressed before 9, but guess that's on us. It was a good stay."

"Place is tidy, good breakfast. Don’t count on hot tub being very hot. They claim 104 degrees but I doubt if it was over 96 degrees. They probably don’t want to spend money on fuel for heat. "

"The was a loud alarm that went off in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and they said I would have to wait until maintenance came in at 7 or 8 AM. I asked if we just had to listen to the beeping till then and she said Yes. Luckily for us the beeping stopped after 30 minutes. I was surprised they expected us to listen to the noise for hours. "
