"A mixed bag. Location is excellent close to beach and great walks along promenade. Hotel is a little dated but overall okay. Buffet is generally good, however, coffee not great and please use real orange juice rather than concentrate. Plastic plants in the lobby don’t fit with hotels desire to be eco-friendly. Overall a good stay. Although, they don’t take Amex. "

"It isn’t a 4 star hotel, the rooms are tiny and basic, no baths, the sink was stained, no water fountains on the floors, vending machine didn’t work, hole in the ceiling in the hallway of block 4, food basic and bland after the 3rd day knew what to expect each day. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaners were always polite and helpful, but I will not be returning. The rooms need to be updated."

"Overall the hotel was lovely, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly and kind. The lady from entertainment team was great with pilates and stretching classes. However, there were a lot of 'hidden' fees which I didn't like. You want to play ball pool - pay; want to use safety box in your room? pay. You need to iron your clothes? you need to pay for laundry service per each item you need to iron. Also, if you opt in for all inclusive a lot of drinks are not included in it. It didn't...
