"I had an excellent stay at the Chancellor Hotel. It is very well run, super clean, and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. There were fun activities and music in Union Square while I was there. I felt very safe coming and going from the hotel and the location is excellent. Sears Fine Foods is right next door and has great breakfast. Two other diners are each one block away, and both Walgreens and CVS are nearby."

"This hotel is comfortable and the location is excellent! We stayed 5 nights for a thorough visit to the city and enjoyed our stay. We felt very comfortable. The restaurant is a nice bonus feature of this hotel. Very cozy ambiance. They gave us umbrellas when it rained and provided us with local discounts, maps, and restaurant recommendations The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would improve the hotel furniture, however, which was plain and a little worn in my room. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice too. Overall great experience, and I would come back to the Hyatt Centric. "
