The Tres Reyes hotel is located right on the lake, it has a wonderful view of the mountains. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the central square. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Only for the lake view
The hotel is well located right in front of the lake and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you can get a lake view room that would be an asset, but likely noisy from road traffic. We had a small room looking onto the inner courtyard. The hotel is quite dated with old stained carpets in hallways. Breakfast spread was excellent with a dining area overlooking the lake. The front desk staff did not speak english and wasn't overly friendly.

The hotel is next to the lake and has a spectacular view of the snowing mountains. You can enjoy the view while eating breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the quality of the food is excellent. Dinning and shopping options are walkable.

The hotel need urgent renovations. The bathroom tub was chipped, toilet seat and lid broken, vanity was rusted. This place is a slump. I got a rush on my skin and not sure if it was the cheap soap or bed.

Nice but dated
Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement handle, but managed to close it for us, so the next two nights were pleasant. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Very close to main street, so plenty of restaurants and chocolate stores around!

This property is falling apart. Even the floor has holes that are covered with carpet. Bathroom grout has mold. Towels are worn out. No A/C. Breakfast is very poor. Overall should be demolished. Location is the only good thing. The pictures in the internet are nothing like the true building.

O hotel é incrível, café da manhã espetacular, com várias opções e medialunas, a vista do restaurante é deslumbrante. A localização é a melhor, a rua de trás é a principal e uma quadra do centro cívico, se faz tudo a pé e próximo do ponto de ônibus para ir ao aeroporto. Atendimento dos recepcionistas foi exemplar, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Pontos que deixaram a desejar: - o sinal de WiFi, era fraco e oscilava bastante. - a banheira tem duas cortinas e a água escorreu e acabou molhando bastante o chão
