Upgraded single family in home in a quiet neighborhood of Mission Heights. Family game room has 8' pool table that can switch with a ping pong table top, wet bar, and darts with a 50" 4k tv. Living room has a 50 inch led tv. All bedrooms have high def tvs.. High internet speed. 7' Hot tub on the outdoor patio and a fire pit to cook smores and enjoy in the evenings. Backyard is enclosed for your privacy. All bedrooms have large flat screen tvs.

Great Family Stay
The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways and downtown. The host was very responsive and made for a very pleasant stay. The house has great gathering areas and activities and is a perfect place for families with all ages. Everything was clean and well maintained.

House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍

Best location and host!
My sister and I stayed at the house for a week, this was our first trip to San Diego. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It was well stocked, had a lovely and very private backyard, and plenty of space to relax. The beds were so comfortable and the home was so cozy. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to experience, Coronado Island, Old Town, Little Italy, La Jolla, and Balboa Park to name a few. Lael could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We will definitely stay at his place again when we are back, which is hopefully sooner than later! Absolutely recommend Lael's lovely home!! Thank you for being such a great host!

Everything as described
Lael does a great job of preparing the property. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. Our only complaint is the master bedroom mattress is sunken in so much that it hurts your neck if you are a side sleeper.

14 Fun Days
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was comfortable, nice bed and living room furniture. We ate our breakfast each day on the lanai which had a lovely view of the golf course yet was sheltered from the wind. Over the years we’ve stayed at several of these Kuilima East condos and this one was nicer than most. A special shout out to our property manager Lora “Betsy” Healey, who helped us with a couple issues we encountered upon arrival. She was readily accessible, actively involved and very effective in making things just perfect. Thank you, Bitsy!

The photos were not a true representation of the house once we arrived. It looked to be cheerful, clean and cozy but in reality not very comfortable and on the dark side. The shag carpet was very worn and looked dirty so my family wore sandals the entire time especially my 3 year old grand daughter . THe kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and updated as well as the bathrooms, but the rest of the house was from the 70's. (Bedrooms were small, but the recreation room was large and had things to do) The two bathroom showers were quite challenging to figure out and we had no hot water on our last day. The owner did respond quickly with a suggestion of sending us to another property, but it was too late for us since we had planes to catch. We still had a great time in San Diego but next time would do more research on several other properties in that area.

Wonderful
It was a perfect house. We entertained four generations, ages ranging from 76 to 6 month, and everyone enjoyed them selves. The hostess was the best. She was helpful and prompt. She made our stay very easy. The area was quiet and close to everything. We would stay there again. Maybe next year.
