"Maybe it was just me, but utilizing the elevator was a times confusing. since the mezzanine level is on floor 5 and the elevator doesn't have a floor 5, I think it's called it PL or LB. and the ground level floor is called PL or LB, I always had to remember which was my intention and I always got off on the wrong floor each time, but the hotel itself is lovely. "

This Marriott Hotel is not in the heart of Panama City, Casco Viejo or other touristy areas (about 20 minutes drive) but if you are leasing an automobile, parking is easy, only $10 per day and the highways are a few meters away. "Really enjoyed my stay during New Year's at this location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed the breakfast options available and room service. Absolutely loved the tub and being able to relax. Also, the spa service was great! One of the best massages I ever had. Only suggestion would be updating the pool area and maybe cleaning it more frequently. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay."
