I very much enjoyed how clean and friendly the facilities and staff where. I didn't love the amount of homeless around the hotel and harbour, however that isn't really something the hotel can do anything about and it's a city wide problem.

Great stay here for 1 night with my boyfriend for the Midway Shaq show. Room was clean and check in was quick. Great food options with a nice view of the bay bridge.

Great location, beautiful view of bay bridge, loved the amenities. Rooms are on the smaller size but perfect for a quick weekend trip. No parking garage be prepared to park across street in the nearby parking garage or pay valet.

Wonderful hotel in a great location right by the Embarcadero / Ferry building. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The best part was the bikes you could borrow from the hotel and explore all of San Francisco on bike. Will come back again!

The resort fee is ridiculous - it covers bike rental, aft. wine table (no "reception"), something else, none of which we used. The wine offered in the room (same as the aft. wine) is just terrible (we live in the bay area) - basically $7/bottle quality. The elevator stank from cleaning fluids. Staff is fine, the room was ok, TV mounted in weird corner, bed good.

Outstanding stay. Lovely breakfast with coffee and pastries, juices, fruit, and yogurt. Bike and helmet loan made my trip! Embarcadero is central and buzzing with great restaurants and spectacular views of the Bay Bridge.

I book for one day but the charge was deducted twice and I raise the compliment for refund but the service was too delayed and lately responded. I feel insecure to share my card details further & it’s unfortunate happened this way where a customer feels insecure.My money is still on hold for no reason and the problem yet to be resolved.

Great little hotel. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. The description stated “city view” but we looked out to a wall about 3 feet away. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again but ask for a real city view:)
