At our arrival staff was very rude in the parking area, and when I expressed how rude the man at the door to the person at the front desk, she smiled and said that is the way he is and didn’t care. We stayed 2 nights and with my family and got 2 rooms we never got room service nor clean towels, when we called the front desk for clean towels nobody answered

first we were given wrong room some one was already in that room when we tried to open the door, after our room got changed the room phone was not working. when i needed something i had to go down to the lobby. none of the usb outlets worked for phone charging. i was told someone will come to look at everything in the morning no one ever came.

Our room was right next to elevator which made passing traffic noisy. Forced Valet Parking and expensive parking. No walk in shower. Toilet blocked up. Breakfast was worse than other Holiday Inn Hotels. Limited food options, no eggs, no yogurt, no decaf, no vanilla creamer and no omelettes.

We enjoyed the breakfast and having hot water (for tea or hot chocolate) and coffee available anytime of the day. This was also a great location for walking around at the Wharf.

It was an excellent choice, all the attractions we wanted to see were either walkable or easy to get to by other transportation. The free breakfast was great way to start your day off and also having water and coffee availabe all day was a perk too. We enjoyed the tour lady too.

So close to the wharf district yet didn’t feel touristy. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Bathroom needed a little maintenance at the tub. Free breakfast was outstanding.

I had a great time at this property. Everything was clean staff was friendly. And all the attractions were close by as well as the veterans parade that was on the embarkadaro.The rooms were cleaned daily. Which is a plus for us. Great breakfast and even had concierge service.

The property was in good shape. Water and coffee were in the lobby.. The breakfast was a good way to start the day. The location was great. The beds were okay. The bathroom was nice.. Our room had a bar sink, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig. The toilet was elongated. Dove shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided.. Great deal. Parking is fine, as it's expensive everywhere in SF.
