had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the

"It waa great, especially for the price for 3 people. We had 2 queens & a sofa bed & everything was very comfortable & clean. We lovec the pool & the restaurant was nice too. The staff was very nice & gave us a lil tour & brought our bags to our room. The only negative thing for some people is no elevator. Still, highly recommend!!"

"Rolson provided a great base for our travel in the San Ignacio area. The downtown is not too far but not really an easy walk away so you’ll need transportation like a taxi or car. The rooms are well priced and tour guides know it’s location so can accommodate direct hotel transfers. Very handy having a restaurant and bar and pool to dip into after hot day touring! "
