"Facilities and the property itself were absolutely beautiful with plenty of dining options. Rooms were nice but nothing special, the bathroom stood out as it was spacious and had full tub, large shower and enclosed room for the toilet. the rooms were cleaned twice daily which was nice and there was complimentary coffee in the lobby and by breakfast bar. The spa was expensive, but the treatment menu was unique and the facilities were beautiful. The area was close to old San Juan by uber. overall,...

"Although the Hotel and staff were amazing, the area were is located is not as inviting as your stay at the hotel. At night it’s a different life style not something I can really appreciate as I was warned about the area by my uber driver. And the power went out due to the horrible power company in the island. But the stay in the hotel was great best sleep in a while. The staff/ manager is amazing. Most important the hotel and rooms are very clean "

Out two bedroom room was awesome reasonably priced. The room had a bit of a condensation issue but that’s to be expected in the tropics. Other than that the beds were incredible comfy, balcony and roof terrace were great! I’d never want to stay anywhere else!"
