The only thing that seemed like it had been updated in 30 years were the televisions. Even the pool, despite the beautiful pics needs some resurfacing or something. We had a good time despite the aesthetics and it was conveniently located adjacent to activities. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet at the embassy suites was decent for the price.

The pool area was really nice, hotel needs some upgrading to do in the room. Beds were really uncomfortable, and alot of security outside to even go in the hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again not worth it!

The resort rooms is a lil outdated as far as furniture needs new mattress. I must saythe Staff was very nice, polite, helpful,and informative. Place is convenient love the pool area. Cant beat it for the price. I truely enjoyed my stay despite my dislike for the mattress.

Our stay at Aquarius Vacation Club had both positives and negatives. The location was great, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. However, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised no-pets policy. Unfortunately, we stayed on a floor where the owner had both a dog and a bird, which made noise throughout the day and night, disrupting our stay. Cleanliness also fell short of expectations. We were not provided with washcloths, the floors felt damp, and overall maintenance appeared lacking. The hotel and pool are in desperate need of renovations, and even basic functions like closing the doors required slamming them shut. Additionally, it was disappointing to learn that despite paying for a stay with beach access, guests are required to rent lounge chairs separately. This policy seems unfair and inconvenient. While the location is a strong selling point, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and policy enforcement are necessary for a more enjoyable experience.

The toilet in the room had lots of toilet paper, and the water overflowed in the bathroom when we checked in. Even the service team later fixed it when we asked, but it was a bad experience. All the employees are very kind and nice, but the facility is old and poorly maintained.

We stayed a week at this property in January and it was so so. Not the worst but not the best. The beach and pool are very nice but there were not enough beach chairs so the other option was to pay $10 for each chair. The staff was nice but the service at the restaurants was really bad. They are definitely on Island time so expect to wait a long time for your meals.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel has everything you need including laundry, a beach, and a hot tub. Took off a star only because the jacuzzi tub in the room was not working properly and we could have used another blanket in the room, but I'd still stay here again.

The room was worn out, the entrance door scratched, the beds and all the furniture worn out, one of the bed lamps did not work, the floor was dirty, the dishes were dirty, the coffee maker was dirty, the soap dish was rusted, there was mold in the bathroom.

The hotel is terrible. The hotel is dirty, and the windows are terribly dirty. Terrible hotel. Do not stay at that hotel. It's way too dirty.
