The breakfast every morning was amazing. The waffles and coffee were my personal favorite. We got the queen room with the balcony. While I wouldnt call it a "garden view" the balcony was still nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. There is a local grocery store called supermax nearby to buy food and drinks at an affordable price. The location was great. You could walk to just about everything or take an uber which didn't cost much. The staff was fluent in both english and spanish and were very friendly.

The staff here are excellent and very attentive. We really enjoyed the pool area and included breakfast. What the hotel lacks in amenities it makes up for in charm and walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants.

I’ll start by saying that the staff was awesome. Both my partner and I had great interactions with everyone there as they were super helpful are reliable so my review isn’t about them. What was really off putting to us was the condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness. Both my partner and I get easily distracted by dirtiness and that was the first thing we noticed. It’s not that things weren’t clean, it’s that it was very obvious that they didn’t clean with care and effort. The floor can use a deep, tough scrub and so can the walls and just more thought about visible areas. It didn’t seem like they cared to make any type of impression and if they did a deep clean of the floors and sheets, the experience would match the filtered photos a lot more. I recommend this place if you need something to just shower and sleep, it’s great for that but beware if you are very particular about cleanliness. Also, the first floor rooms can get very loud with people having breakfast outside or interacting in the hallways so that was a bit disturbing at times but not the worst thing. Other things that positively stood out to us was the breakfast since it’s free and actually very yummy! The menu isn’t large, but you have options and get serviced. No parking as mentioned by others but we never had a problem parking on the side street closest to the hotel.

What I liked was it was a Family operation. I often prefer this over a Marriott. I was close to the main street without being on it and the accompanying noise. I liked the Breakfasts with the Fruit Bowl. That was surprisingly good. There was a storm and Wi-Fi was down for a couple days. At the Front Desk was a bowl with Puerto Rican snacks which was smart and the staff was friendly, recommendations of where to eat, etc. There was sufficient parking in the neighborhood. Larger hotels have parking garages - an extra charge or it is included as a Resort Fee., Three blocks and you are at the Ocean. Great location

The staff was my favorite part. We found them all very friendly and helpful. The place is fairly clean, and the bed was comfy. We had a room with a veranda, and it was so beautiful. We liked the breakfast as well. We had fresh orange juice, black coffee, and scrambled eggs every morning before our adventures. The localization is excellent, and even though there is no parking, we never had a problem finding it on the streets.

My stay at Casa Wilson was awesome! I was traveling alone as a female traveler so I wanted to stay somewhere convenient, flexible, and safe and Casa Wilson definitely checks all the boxes. It’s close to the airport, many of the dining options in Condado, as well as a great in between for must-go places like Old San Juan and Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, as well as others. The only complaint I have is of the ventilation of the room. I stayed in a room that didn’t seem to have a lot of ventilation which causes the humidity from the shower to form condensation and pockets of mold in areas like the bathroom. The shower situation was also an issue which I think adds to the mold accumulation. Since it was a rainfall showerhead and the shower space has no cut off between the shower and the floor for the rest of the bathroom, water gets everywhere and takes forever to dry in the bathroom. Hopefully, that problem can somehow be remedied. Overall though, I would say my stay was pretty great! The complimentary/free breakfast was also delicious and pretty filling. Thank you Casa Wilson for everything!

I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Wilson Inn. Super easy check in/out. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and made to order. The staff served breakfast to your table. The hotel was quiet. The pool was warm and relaxing. The staff was helpful and resourceful.
