This is a great 2 bedroom one bath property in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and the house comes with everything you need to cook or BBQ with. The back yard is nice with a lemon and orange tree and the hot tub was hot and clean. Great stay in Morro Bay. Thank you Barron.

The house is very comfortable. The yard was perfect for our little dog, thanks to the little wire fence that we could place in front of the carport. The stars are amazing. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again!

Location was perfect! Right between Cayucos and Morro Bay and very close to beach. Backyard and front patio allowed us to enjoy the beach weather. Home is small but cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Would rent again!

A hidden gem
If travels take you to Morro Bay, consider booking the Orchid Cottage. An absolute perfect place for a small group. The cottage has been renovated to the nines! Two of the most comfortable beds. Close to town, a very safe neighborhood. The best word to describe my stay is "perfect."

Small house with great benefits
The place has everything one may need to stay comfortably and care free with close proximity to Pacific Ocean. It is better to stay with a close family or friends. Space is not big, but clean, has front porch and cozy backyard. Ocean, supermarket, walking trails in walking distance. Very quiet place.

Comfortable stay
House was comfy with super cozy beds and linens. Weather was unfortunately terrible the entire time, and it was not an ideal place to be when you can't go outside (not a ton of light inside), though patio and yard would have been great if weather allowed. Hot tub was a pleasant bonus. House was well appointed with amenities and extras, making the stay easy.

Nice place
This is a very nice but small house very suitable for two or three people or two adults, and two children. It is pet friendly however, one section of the yard is not fenced, but there is wire you can pull across to block it off. However, if you have a big dog, the wire may not hold the man. It’s walking distance to the beach and very close to both downtown Cayucos and Morro Bay.

Very nice cottage, well supplied and very comfortable.
We had a very nice stay with our two dogs. It is a lovely cottage on a quiet street. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of food and staples that are included in the rental. The only downside was that although it is pet friendly, the backyard is not enclosed. As far as the dogs were concerned an enclosed yard would have made their trip!! My husband felt that the refrigerator was a bit noisey which interrupted his sleep but it didn't bother me! The beach is definetly within walking distance but that particular beach access does not allow dogs as it is a plover nesting sanctuary.

Orchid house
Had a great time. The property was generally convenient, and the host was the best host we’ve ever had. He responded to any of our questions or needs almost immediately. I don’t think I ever waited more than half an hour for a return contact on anything including notifying him about three or four days in advance of my allergies to many cleaning products Which he was able to accommodate for me, which was much appreciated thank you. my only minor complaint would be the fact that the yard is not completely fenced so we couldn’t just let our little dog out off the leash in the backyard to run free and the lack of screen doors as one day even though the outside temperature was in the high 70s the inside of the house got up over 90°.

Small house adequate for two people for a short trip
This place has potential to be very nice, but it is stuffed with too much furniture. There is no space to unpack a suitcase, and the closets are taken up with wall mounted TV's and spare blankets, sheets, etc. Beds have access on only one side, and a table blocks the end of the bed on the wall side so you need to be agile to climb over another person and furniture. The kitchen pots/pans are mostly not useable -- we had to clean two frying pans in order to use them. There is stuff everywhere, its like someone lived there and moved out only taking their clothes.... It does have a very nice partially fenced yard, allows dogs, and the beds are comfortable. Location is good, but would not recommend it for 4th of July if your dogs react to fireworks.

This was a cozy two bedroom house with nice amenities and very quiet. The neighbors were wonderful. The house is a little back from PCH, which is nice. Still very walkable to the beach and the rock. Would highly recommend!

The Perfect Home Away From Home
My husband and I, and our two pups loved our stay at Barron's home. It's difficult to find somewhere nice to stay with dogs and we have finally found it here. The home is exceptional, it has everything you need: well stocked kitchen, comfortable with the most amazing beds, you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud! Great yard for dogs with a rollout fence so there are no worrys about leaving the dogs loose. And there's the hot tub and fast wifi. We've found a great place we look forward to coming back to!
