Chegamos é nossa reserva não constava no hotel
Chegamos ao hotel e, embora estivéssemos com a nossa reserva confirmada pelo Hotéis.com, nos informaram que não havia quarto para nós, pois não tínhamos feito pagamento antecipado e não sabiam se iríamos mesmo para lá (sendo que a ÚNICA opção que tivemos para reservar através do hotéis.com foi com o pagamento realizado no próprio hotel). O funcionário nos recebeu de forma acolhedora e tentou nos ajudar, mas a única opção que nos deu foi nos colocar em outro hotel que eles haviam acabado de comprar e nos informaram que no outro dia, poderíamos ir para o Rotuí logo após o café da manhã, pois já estaríamos com um quarto nos esperando. Chegando no outro hotel (Fountaine), nos apresentaram opções de quartos e o que ficamos estava com um cheiro forte de Verniz, pois estavam reformando o quarto ao lado. Tivemos, então, que mudar de quarto. No outro dia, tomamos café (ponto negativo, pois o café só tem pao, leite, café e iogurte) e quando descemos as malas, fomos informados que só haveria quarto no Rotuí a partir das 15h. Já chateados com todo esse transtorno, nem quisemos mais continuar o fountaine e fomos passear. Ao chegar, as 15h, no Rotuí, o funcionário nos informou que não fazem nenhuma reserva sem o pagamento antecipado - mas essa é a única opção que tem no Hotéis.com e eles mantêm o convênio lá! O café da manhã do Rotuí também deixa a desejar, pois é só pão. As almofadas de dormir são duras. Fora isso, os funcionários são ótimos e receptivos e o hotel é lindo!
